About Me
My tech journey started at the end of high school when I decided to study something that combined art and technology. I found the Music Engineering major at the University of Miami nearby and it was a busy but exciting 4 years of spending half my time in the engineering department learning about data structures, algorithms, electronics, and microprocessors and the other half taking digital signal processing, recording, classical guitar, and music theory courses.I then spent several years working in the audio technology space, first working on audio processing algorithms for car sound systems at Harman International and later at Sonos testing smart home theater loudspeakers. After a layoff I took some time off to spend time with family, do a little solo travel, and immerse in Spanish to fluency.I thought about what I wanted to explore next professionally. At the time I was obsessed with tracking the content I consumed in Spanish, which was very tedious data entry. I thought maybe I could write a script for this, or go even further and just inject a button on the streaming page to trigger it. I then started googling JavaScript and Chrome extensions to start building it.I found myself following the spark that came from successively solving small problems in pursuit of a bigger solution. It brought me back to the hours of fun I had in university working on an audio plugin or a web audio app and the gratification I felt when producing something that did something useful AND looked cool. From that I decided that I'd expand my skills to full-stack engineering.

An app built on the Atlassian Forge platform for Confluence that makes it easy to connect and coordinate meal outings with colleagues at the office.

An AI agent-powered travel planning web app that facilitates inspo gathering, itinerary generation/modification, and live trip assistance.
Drumink
A drum sequencer for your e-notebook using the ink.ai canvas. Quickly sketch your musical ideas, play them back, and export to an audio or MIDI file and continue on your music workstation.
Simmer
A web app that reduces the friction of cooking from recipes, especially for neurodivergent and disabled folks. An AI agent suggests recipes based on energy level, cravings, and time.
Content Logger for Dreaming Spanish
Chrome extension for language learners to add outside content to their Dreaming Spanish history with one click from Youtube, Spotify, Netflix, Disney+ or PocketCasts!

Browser extension to help track your coding consistency by automatically pushing your solution code to your repo upon submission!

Mobile-first site built for a nonprofit that offers mentorship and capital to young entrepreneurs.

Responsive client website for a dog walking and care service local to the Watertown, MA area. Complete with a client onboarding flow and analytics tracking.

K Mondes Martenot - Virtual Instrument
An app from my university days that uses the Web Audio API to emulate the Ondes Martenot, a French instrument that can produce some other-worldly sounds!
